Why a broker?

As a program administrator, Greenhouse underwrites on behalf of insurance carriers and works exclusively through appointed brokers; we cannot sell policies directly to businesses. Your broker represents you: they gather what underwriters need, present the account, and manage the placement from quote to claim.

What happens next

We confirm: your request is acknowledged the day it arrives.
We match: your details go to an appointed broker licensed in your state who knows your class of work.
They take it from there: the broker contacts you directly and, if the risk fits our appetite, brings it to our underwriters.

Are you a broker?

Appointed brokers can send submissions straight to submissions@greenhousespecialty.com and include:

Completed application (ACORDs plus any supplemental)
Currently valued loss runs (5 years where available)
Description of operations, including current projects and typical scopes of work
Expiring premium and target, where known
Resumes / qualifications for new ventures
